Tipton Kitchen Challenge!

Well the family got together this past weekend to discuss my mother's dream of remodeling her kitchen. She challenged everyone in the family to come up with our own ideas and design of what we think she would like. This includes changing everything or nothing; from the ground to the ceiling: walls, furniture, paint, appliances, anything one can think of. She is going to pick the winner!

Kairos House - Beginning to End

Kairos House 07-08 began in a late summer afternoon in Canton Ohio. We started as eight and ended as eight, thankfully! We are a Christian Community House located in Kent, OH. We seek to live faithful lives together as a house, who is a part of a larger Kent community through various churches and campus ministries. We pursue faithfulness together by stewarding our home, resources and time while at the same time learning, eating and living together. Before and after pics below...

Quite a few changes in us occurred over the year together if you ask me. Maybe not so much on the outside but the inside is where it counts. We experienced many bumps and bruises, joys and delights, sadness and excitement together. Our hearts were broken, molded, and set free many times over leaving us wanting more.
